Day 1 Arrive Ayung Sari Indah
Settle into your new bungalow with a drink and bowl of fruit, and meet your fellow bootcamp recruits over dinner. Bali Bootcamp is located high in the hills outside of Ubud. Whilst the location is quiet and peaceful, it's within a short distance to other Bali delights such as markets, lakes, volcanos, temples and much more.
Your bungalow home for the next week has been designed to treat your senses and enrich your life and offers relaxing spaces to rest and rejuvenate between exercise sessions. It's built predominantly from local materials and provides what call simple luxury. A bale, a traditional open pavilion found in all villages, acts as a communal meeting room and is where we enjoy meals, lively conversation and interaction both within the group and with the local village people.

Days 2-5 Bootcamp
At Ayung Sari Indah you will meet our local village hosts led by owner/manager Wayan and of course, Cliff 'Sarge' Kovacs, our experienced professional personal trainer (certified in Australia) who runs the Bali Bootcamp program. A typical day includes morning and afternoon cardio or strength training sessions, with time off to read that book you've been missing out on, or just relaxing and getting to know the other recruits. One day we will make an early morning trek up the volcano by Lake Batur, to watch the stunning sunrise. You'll have plenty of time to get to know the local people and get an insight into their lives. The Balinese are very spiritual people. Daily offerings are made and other colourful ceremonies and rituals happen frequently around the village which we are welcome to participate in.
Day 6 Depart Ayung Sari Indah
On our final day in Ayung Sari Indah, we finish up our Bootcamp Battle Physical Training and enjoy a communal lunch in the traditional Balinese bale.

On 07 June the Australian Government issued an updated travel warning for East Timor strongly advising against travel to East Timor because of the extremely dangerous security situation. Australians in the country are advised to leave. The Travel Warning remains at Category 5 - Do Not Travel.
On Tuesday 07 June we have taken the decision to cancel the remainder of our East Timor trips scheduled to depart in 2006. All travellers will be notified and given the opportunity to transfer to another trip or obtain a full refund (land content only). We very much regret having to take this action and our thoughts and sympathies are with the people of East Timor during this troubled time.
We are confident of being able to resume our normal schedule of trips to East Timor in 2007 and hope that those travellers who have had to cancel their plans this year will travel with us to East Timor in 2007.
